Condoms and liquor

Greetings from Bangkok where I'm staying at a hotel right across the street from Soi Cowboy. So maybe it is normal to have both condoms and hard liquor for sale in the same shelf in a hotel room but I have not come across that before.

What do you get when the spare is also flat?
