Jogging in daylight for the first time in ages! It gives a certain spring feeling but it was only 3 degrees so it was pretty freezing!

Three course dinner at home

Tonight's culinary adventure with@nikkimooki - to start with a carrot soup with a twist of ginger and topped with pancetta. The main dish was duck confit with parsnip purée and mushrooms and for dessert a not so perfect apple crumble

Valentine breakfast with my one and only valentine @nikkimooki - it was basically a full English breakfast :-)

Trying out a new apple crumble

Ok, so I guess the salmon earlier on was not filling enough :-) Well ,@nikkimooki deserved a snack after working out today and it is always fun to try out new products - even if I'm not a fan of ready@to bake products. But this apple crumble was actually quite good - and the custard was homemade ;-)

My brother in law is back in town - he caught the Norwegian bug I guess and can't stay away :-)

Home alone cooking

Cooking by myself as is traveling with the girls. So I'm going for some red meat with pancetta and I'll steam some veggies to have on the side :-)
