Skiing in Dubai

Today we have been skiing in Dubai!! It was a warm morning and the temperature stopped at about 42 degrees....but at Ski Dubai (see http://www.skidxb.com/English/default.aspx) it is like -2 all year long. I went straight for the main slope (after all I am a Norwegian and born with skis on ;-) while Nikki went for the ski school to get the basics of snow boarding. It was great fun :-)

17th of May - Constitution Day in Norway

17th of May is Constitution Day in Norway and it is an important day and it is celebrated all over the nation. This year we spent the first part of the day cleaning up a bit after the party we had on 16th of May but we did go over to Mie and Knut to meet up with the family in the afternoon.
