Today we have cod in pancetta

With onions in balsamic vinegar and potatoes...served with Beaujolais

It was my pleasure. Yeah, it was pretty good but the cod is the kind of fish that can easily fall aprt. So maybe we should try monkfish in parma instead? But the potatoes turned out quite nice and the onion "sauce" is also excellent :-)
